A free in-person talk at Lloyd’s from the Lloyd’s Wellbeing Centre
Whether you’re starting a new position, moving house, or you’ve recently received some news you weren’t expecting, every single one of our lives is full of change – whether we like it or not!
Some changes are anticipated, whilst others can come completely out of the blue, but the key is how we react to them.
The Lloyd’s Wellbeing Centre is delighted to be hosting Karen Liebenguth’s talk on “Navigating Change with Ease: How to Embrace the Unknown” at 1 PM on Wednesday 25th October.
Karen Liebenguth is an accredited master coach with 15 years of experience offering life coaching and executive coaching to both individual and corporate clients, including the likes of Kew Gardens, Deloitte, and Ford.
With World Mental Health Day on the 10th of October, Karen’s talk presents an opportunity for us to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and get talking about our minds and what we can do to look after them.
Karen’s looking forward to discussing the subject of change, including why we resist it, what holds us back, and how we can all learn to embrace change as a part of life, not something to be frightened of.
