LUNCHTIME TALK: Top Tips for Managing Menopause

An informative talk by Lexie Minter, that will try to answer all your questions about managing the menopause.
Your speaker is Ms Lexie Minter
Lexie is the Lloyd’s Wellbeing Centre’s menopause practitioner and Nurse Prescriber, with a special interest in hormone health. She is a member of the British Menopause Society and is also a Newson Health Menopause Society Associate. Lexie runs a private hormone health clinic and has had a 20+ year career in A&E, midwifery and primary care. She regularly presents on hormone health to staff at large organisations and provides advice to corporate teams on menopause policy.
Lexie takes you on a journey of understanding, highlighting how hormones affect your body. She will discuss the impact of peri menopause, menopause, and post menopause, and bust myths relating to HRT treatment. Lexie will also offer advice about how to make informed choices with regards to your hormone health.
The talk will also cover the following areas:
- Cancers, HRT and alternative therapies
- Hormone replacement therapy and the microbiome
- Hormones and the workplace
- Making informed choices with regards to short, medium and long term hormone health.
