Karen Liebenguth
Master Coach & Mindfulness Teacher
Karen Liebenguth is an accredited master coach. She offers life and executive coaching working with individual clients as well as leaders, managers and teams in the workplace.
Karen is an accredited mindfulness teacher and trainer helping people train their minds and hearts to reduce stress and anxiety, to help clients emotionally self-regulate and maintain resilience and wellbeing.
She trained in restorative facilitation, a particularly mediation approach, to help people in conflict repair relationships and find a way forward together.
Karen’s approach focuses on creating time and space for clients to embrace change, to reflect on their purpose and values, their inner life: feelings, triggers, fixed beliefs, biases, motivations, impulses, actions, mind-set and attitude.
For the past 15 years she’s worked with private and corporate clients to bring about personal and professional development so that people can live their best lives.
Karen sees clients in person at the Lloyd’s Wellbeing Centre, outdoors in Victoria park while walking (E3) or online via Zoom/Teams.
She has worked with clients such as: The Alef Trust, Southeastern Trains, University of London, Kew Gardens, Deloitte, Weber Shandwick, McMillan Education, Ascend Global Media, United for Global Mental Health, The Royal Town Planning Institute, Unison Union and others.
Karen is a member of the Eco-Leadership Institute, the Association for Coaching, the British Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA) and the British Restorative Justice Council.
Karen is German from Hamburg and has lived in London for 22 years. She works in English, German and French.
